At Financial Literacy for New Canadians, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with our services. However, we understand that there may be circumstances where a refund is appropriate. Our refund eligibility varies depending on the type of service purchased:

7. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please:

  1. Email us at info@financialliteracy.ca with the subject line "Refund Request"
  2. Include your full name, the service purchased, date of purchase, and reason for requesting a refund
  3. Provide your order number or payment confirmation if available

We will process your request and respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase and may take 7-10 business days to process, depending on your financial institution.

8. Force Majeure

Financial Literacy for New Canadians is not liable for any failure to perform due to causes beyond its reasonable control including, but not limited to, acts of God, acts of civil authorities, acts of military authorities, riots, embargoes, acts of nature and natural disasters, and other acts which may be due to unforeseen circumstances.

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our Website. It is your responsibility to review this Refund Policy periodically. Your continued use of our services after any changes indicates your acceptance of the modified Refund Policy.
